About me
I've spent 23 years building and managing enterprise software — from writing my first payroll system in 2003 to leading products used by 50,000+ people at 1C Company, Russia's largest ERP vendor.
I've managed SAP, Oracle, and 1C integrations at AFK Sistema, one of Russia's biggest conglomerates. I've run my own consulting business for 8 years, helping business owners optimize operations and grow revenue.
Now I bring all of that to AI transformation. I'm not a researcher who speaks in papers. I'm a practitioner who speaks in results. I understand how enterprises actually work — the messy processes, the legacy systems, the politics — and I know how to introduce AI in a way that sticks.
